Learn to Scale balances growth and the outcomes that come from change. We are a mission-driven authentic organization that believes that every person can learn, and if it’s a tough change, we hope to make it positive and future-minded. There are no challenges, just opportunities.
Lime Green is the core identity. It represents growth, positivity, learning, and a devil-may-care personality.
Blue is the change that comes after learning. It transforms the Lime Green energy into confidence, both a vision of the future as well as a snapshot of the change in motion.
Buttercup is the relationship with our clients. It represents the raw materials that will go through change. It is both the source and the destination: oftentimes an orange circle represents the new normal for the client.
Dim Grey is the outline to it all, representing the reality of the world we operate within. Our work is practical, realistic, and grounded in how people really think and behave.
Shapes are also part of the brand language:
Rectangles demonstrate the present or current state. It is stable, grounded, and concrete.
Triangles demonstrate change. There’s a small start, but over time, it becomes growth.
Circles demonstrate the future. The hard corners of a rectangle are rounded, agile, and transformed.
Combined with colors, imagery tells a story:
An orange rectangle can represent a client before engaging with Learn to Scale. They already have a foundation and represent the raw potential of what could be.
A green triangle can represent Learn to Scale’s services. Attached to an orange rectangle, the organization is undergoing a transformation, full of energy.
A blue circle can represent a client after engaging with Learn to Scale. They have gone through a process and have become transformed, not only in terms of ability, but also perspective. There is a confidence that comes after change.
