A Straightforward Approach to a Strong Team Culture
1. Assessment
Participating team members complete a 30 minute Clifton34 Strengths Assessment, one of the most popular personality tests in the business world.
2. 1-1 Debriefs
Learn to Scale meets 1-1 with participating team members to debrief the results and apply their results to their unique working environment and goals.
3. Team Workshop
Learn to scale facilitates a custom-built workshop to target specific pain points uncovered through the 1-1 conversations.

This service is primarily designed for leadership teams, however any team of 3-10 members that has undergone a transition and wants to be set up to scale can benefit just as well.

This entire program is designed to be delivered remotely. We also offer a metaverse-based version of this program- set up a free consultation to learn how!

We limit team participation to 10 team members to ensure that team workshops drive a high-level of impact for each participant.
For teams larger than 10, we are happy to arrange multiple workshop series at a package rate.

The whole package (assessment, debriefs, and workshop) typically take one month from kickoff to completion.
Each individual 1-1 session is one hour. Workshop length varies based on the focus, but is typically 2-4 hours and can be broken up into multiple sessions.

As of Fall 2023, the rate for the Assessment, 1-1 Debriefs, and Team Workshop is $8,950 USD. Package rates are available for teams larger than 10 members.
